How do I make an order by mail?
The best way to order by mail is to use the online shopping cart on this website. Click the "Buy Sock Locks" button, add the Sock Lock combination you want to your shopping cart and check out.

Can I find Sock-Locks in stores?
In 2009 we began offering LOC-A-SOK Double Sock-Locks wholesale. When stores purchase from us we will list them on our website here.

Can I order by phone or fax?
If you have difficulties paying on the website, you may send an email and we will call you back to charge by credit card over the phone. 

How soon will I receive my order?

The shipping time varies according to your location and the service you choose on checkout. Most orders shipped with standard shipping, should arrive within 2 weeks. Please be advised that around holiday times, shipping congestion may delay deliveries, so make your orders for holiday gifts as early as possible or use the express shipping option.

Can I buy sock-locks to resell for fundraising?
Of course, you will get the same terms as a wholesale client (details in the wholesale page).

I did not receive my order. What do I do?

Common reasons why you may not receive your order:

  1. We did not receive your payment
  2. You provided an incorrect or incomplete address
  3. There was an oversight on our part and your order fell between the proverbial crack.
  4. You need to wait a bit longer. See our shipping schedule.
  5. The postal service is being particularly slow, especially in December / around holiday times.

Please wait at least 3 weeks to notify us. We ship most orders by first class and it sometimes takes longer than expected. It is most helpful if you forward the order confirmation showing the date of your order and the items ordered. Include the shipping address. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides on the order form. It is advisable to send your shipping inquiry by email and not by phone, since it will be handled quicker (counter-intuitive but true).

After you notify us, we will first confirm that we received your payment and check the address to which the order was sent. If the customer provided a complete correct address and the order has not been received three or more weeks after the order was shipped, we will consider the item lost and resend the order at no charge, provided items are in stock. If the customer receives the original package, we expect the customer to return it to us.

Izgut Ltd, distributor of Sock-Locks is not responsible for packages that are lost because they are are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.), we are not responsible.


If the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will charge the customer the shipping and handling fee each time to re-ship. The customer may place a new order and if the original order is returned to us, we will refund the customer for the cost of the items ordered, less shipping and handling.
